Policy

1. Orders must be placed two days in advance of the pickup day. Wednesday orders must be placed by 6pm the Monday before, Friday orders by 6pm the Wednesday before. We cannot guarantee the order if placed closer to the pickup day.

2. We do not accept cash payments. All orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of ordering. If you choose to order through text or phone call, we can send you an invoice or take payment through:

a) Paypal

b) Venmo

c) CashApp

3. After you place an order, we will contact you by text or phone call within 3 hours to arrange a pickup time. If, on the day of the pickup, you are more than 15 minutes late for the arranged pickup time without letting us know, it will be considered a no-show order. We reserve the right to resell or donate no-show orders. No-show orders are nonrefundable.

4. If you need to cancel or reschedule an order, please let us know at least 1 hour before the arranged pickup time. We understand that things come up, and we will be happy to work with you to set up a new time or cancel altogether. However, if a cancelled order has already been made, it is nonrefundable.

5. We do not offer shipping, either in or out of the state of Florida.

6. We want to make sure we are providing you with a quality product. If there is a genuine issue with your order (for example, it is underbaked), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be issued a refund. Please send us photos of the problem to confirm.
