Who We Are

Rustic Crust began in September of 2023, in a small home in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. It is a family-owned and -operated cottage bakery, serving the local community and supporting other small businesses. Abigail, the baker and owner, has two years of experience working directly with sourdough, and prior to making sourdough, three years of experience working in a brick-and-mortar bakery. She brings a love of baking and a passion for serving people delicious breads to every loaf of sourdough and every cinnamon roll she makes.
