About us
We are a cottage bakery located in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida. Since we are a cottage bakery, we do not have a walk-in location, and we only bake to order. We offer delivery within a 30 minute drive of Lake Panasoffkee for a small fee, or free pickup at three different locations.
Traditional Sourdough
Our sourdough breads are lovingly handcrafted and fermented for 24 hours to achieve that delicate balance of delicious flavor, tender texture, and beautiful rise that sourdough is known for.
At Rustic Crust Sourdough Bakery, we are passionate about baking authentic sourdough bread that brings joy to people's lives. We strive to create delicious, healthy sourdough for all of our customers to enjoy. We are a family-owned and operated local cottage bakery.
